Malla Shop Hall will accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed or will be subject to denial. Please ensure the contents of your return matches the return packing slip generated for your package. Do not include additional items not listed. No exceptions.

Clothing Care: Please follow care instructions on the wash label on the inside of each garment. Refrain from tumble drying your clothing items and hang or lay flat to dry to elongate the lifespan of your clothing pieces. To remove wrinkles use a steamer on medium to low heat, refrain from clothing irons.

Jewelry Daily Care: Protect your jewelry and its plating by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing your hands, or applying any products such as perfumes, lotions, or hair products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin's natural pH levels.

Cleaning Instructions: To keep your jewelry clean, wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner.
